Charts UK : ils sont n°1... 19 ans après la sortie de leur single !

Probablement sans le vouloir, Anthony "Ant" McPartlin et Declan "Dec" Donnelly viennent de réaliser le hold-up de l'année au classement des ventes de singles britanniques. En effet ces derniers, présentateurs vedettes de la télé britannique après des carrières d'acteurs et de chanteurs dans les années 90, ont décroché la première place des ventes de singles en réinterprétant, dans le cadre de leur émission Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, un de leurs titres paru il y a 19 ans ! Un titre intitulé Let's Get Ready to Rhumble sorti en juillet 1994, alors que le duo officiait dans la sphère musicale sous le nom de PJ & Duncan, et qui n'avait alors atteint "que" la neuvième place des charts.

Une légère imposture qui passe pour une bonne blague la semaine du 1er avril, et qui empêche probablement P!nk de s'installer dans le fauteuil de leader, laquelle a progressivement gravi toutes les marches du classement avec Just Give Me a Reason, entré par la toute petite porte il y a trois mois et désormais 2e.

Dans le reste du classement, on notera l'entrée de Charlie Brown, nouvelle espoir du label anglais AATW (Alexandra Stan, Benny Benassi, Cascada, Inna, Jessie J...), avec On My Way en 7e position, l'arrivée dans le top ten de Nelly avec Hey Porshe (9e), et la progression rapide de Pitbull & Christina Aguilera, déj 11e avec Feel This Moment.
